There are more than a few theories that give details about the origin of Tourism. A number of them start from an anthropological fate, others speak on the subject of a psychic motivation and lastly others attempt to inflict a historical reading.
From this most recent trend other variants as well spring; two huge lines practice the hypothetical frame of those who challenge throw a theory in this sense: there are those who recognize the primary tourists between the very old pilgrims that sought to consider some of the world’s seven wonders, those who make out the medieval peoples that sought to call sacred places and, in conclusion, those who state that in fact, currently, we should think that the primary tourists were students. They meant, therefore, XVII century upper-middle-class London citizens who, on one occasion they finished their learning, they started an initiate journey round the most significant capitals of Europe, and precursor of the “Grand Tour”. It was not concerning free time or fun related doings, other than in relation to a means to finish their arrangement; it consisted of knowing the people and the markets if they would afterward cope with efficiently in an improved way.
On the brink, traveler travels might have been a product of some rich man’s peculiarity. An elite’s freedom connected with require for adventure, free time or a mere means to alleviate the upper classes boredom. But from the 30s on, it did not take long to get into a period which spread it as a working class right, right assisted by the supposed Well Being State and concentrated on the “sun and beach” products. The inconsistency implies that in recovering Tourism past history, the very old European habit will revitalize as a juridical and market group, in such southern a landscape, that we could even say that in more reasonable circumstances, it would not be excused from light and dark.
