Probably there is not such a person who does not like traveling. This kind of time spending is different for different people, as someone should travel because of their work and for others it is a kind of entertainment. Students of different belong to the biggest groups of persons who participate in educational journeys. They try to take part in different programs that require much traveling, such as student exchange programs or working abroad. A lot of students study in other countries so they should travel a lot. Actually, it is ordinary for the residents who inhabit big cities to frequently watch groups of students visiting them from abroad in order to study something new. Traveling has its own advantages and disadvantages, but the number of the benefits is surely bigger. While traveling you can have some problems with the documents or language barrier troubles, but if you prepare carefully for the journey you can easily avoid any problems.
Visiting new cities is very useful as it gives enlightening experiences for students as it gives the possibility to watch historical places of interest, to learn the way about unknown places and to realize how it is to work in other places of the world.
A lot of times, big groups of students go on different tours together with their teachers from the school. Some teachers are able to be experts in certain subjects, and it makes them very good tour guides. It is very useful for the students as they can provide them with the information when the group reached particular place. Sometimes, a group of students can have a journey with teachers and parents to the exacting city, and they know that the tour guide, who was arranged by the tourist agency in advance, can meet them, show the way and accompany, show them different places of interest during the whole tour.

A lot of people at least once want to visit Chicago as there are a lot of places of interest. One of the most famous and well-visited museums all over the world can be called Museum of Science and Industry. When arrived to Chicago practically all the tourists try to visit it, especially students. This very museum was made as a vehicle for public education. It is unique as this museum is the first that has some examples of industry in the exhibits. The idea of such museum was founded by Julius Rosenwald, who was the head of Sears Roebuck Company. In 1911 he offered the concept of the museum “industrial enlightenment.” After twenty-two years, in 1933 was opened for the visitors. Nowadays this is the biggest science museum in the western part of the country and it is situated in the single building.
Highlights of this famous museum comprise the coal-mine stream elevator produced in 1933 and many others interesting things that attract great number of visitors every year.
Groups that arrive to the museum have the opportunity to watch numerous demonstrations. Students and teachers who study the principle of work of the coal-mine elevator have the possibility to know more about the coal industry in America. This industry is very significant part of the economy of the USA. The U-Boat exhibit in German was after the vessel was disabled and detained off the West African coast in June 1944.
Tools of Science presented in the museum, illustrate the use of computer-based modern technology in different areas such as medicine, science, law and many others. These Tools of Science take the place of about 7,000 square feet of the whole exhibition.
